Please inform us immediately so we can take appropriate steps to protect the integrity of our client information. Contact us so we can assign you new Login data and delete your old User ID and Password.

How long are results maintained on this website and can I access earlier results?

Generally, we maintain the current month's results in addition to the two prior months' data on our website. If you need access to earlier results, please contact us to arrange for the results to be retrieved from our archives.

Are my results available in other formats?

We are dedicated to providing results in the manner they can be best utilized by the individuals within your company who can properly act upon them. Let us know how you would like to receive results, whether on CD, hard copy by mail, by email or by other means. We will arrange for results to be published in your preferred manner and/or file formats.
